Thursday Club Ride – Norman Bicycle Society

The Norman Bicycle Society hosts club rides every Thursday between March and November. Meeting at Reaves Park in Norman, cyclists break into A, B, and C group rides. A group (advanced) takes a fast-paced 33-mile ride southeast to Slaughterville; B group (intermediate) route is 28 miles at an average pace of 16-18 miles per hour; and C group has a varying route, usually spanning 24-34 miles at an average pace of 12-14 miles per hour. C group is a no-drop ride.
Helmets are required, and lights and a spare tube are encouraged.
